Governor Cuomo signed the bill "Yearling Buck Protection" 
(Antler Restrictions) into law for 3A... IT IS NOT IN THE BOOK, 
BUT PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD BECAUSE DEC WILL ISSUE TICKETS/FINES 
ETC THIS YEAR!!!!!!!
